1. Controller and legal status

The current promoter of the ORIGEN project is Haineto Guerra Roger. The legal form for commercial service provision and any further required identifying details are pending finalisation before commercial launch.

2. Data processed by this website

This website currently has no registration forms, checkout, payments, first-party analytics or marketing technologies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical data strictly necessary to deliver, protect and maintain the service, as normally occurs when a web page is requested.

3. Third-party links and contact

If a person chooses to make contact through LinkedIn or visit GitHub, processing also takes place under the terms and policies of those platforms. The public channel currently available is the corporate LinkedIn page linked from this website.

4. Retention and rights

ORIGEN does not create analytics or marketing profiles on this website and does not retain form submissions because those functions do not exist. Before personal data is processed for commercial purposes, the rights request channel, retention periods, legal bases and other required information will be published after the corresponding review.

5. Private environments

This policy applies exclusively to the public corporate website. Pilots and any private Assurance Passport environment are separate surfaces governed by their own controls, authorisations and documentation.
